By following the helpful
guidelines, your job will be done as fast and as inexpensive as
possible. We are a growing business, so naturally we can’t help but be annoyed and somewhat amused (as we’re sure you will be), at what people will do to socialize with us. No work and all play, however, may get your finish date, pushed back. Even if your job isn’t up to bat, being courteous is important. Hence, we have developed a little system to keep everything as efficient as possible. These are common questions or one-liners:

Another example, at the drop off is you
need something ASAP, but when it’s done – we wait two weeks until
you pick it up. Example: snow plows aren’t picked up until there’s
snow in the forecast. We call this the “hurry up and wait syndrome”
and we find ourselves tripping over it in the shop for the next two
weeks, while you are nowhere to be found! Shop charges:
